Bushland

Bushland (def.) is any area in Australia that is predominantly indigenous flora and fauna . It once described the harsh Australian Outback, the red semi-desert topography.

    • Thank you for the generous compliment… I had the good fortune of visiting a gallery, a few days prior to this and one of the paintings there had given me some raw material that helped with this.

    • what I love about this is, it is one of those scenes that I saw and developed in my vision before I put camera to my eye. In some ways I ‘made’ this photo, rather than ‘take’ it and I don’t have many photos I can say that for.

      I did happen to see a painting a few days ago which was in the back of my mind before I witnessed this scene unfold, stopped under the tree, and the story goes ….
