visual world through my eyes…
crop of a hand-help pano(rama) with the Fuji X100. The sheer number and the scale was staggering , at least to me, I had never seen so many wind turbines in one place before. This was somewhere in Oregon, on the way to the Painted Hills
This is such a perfectly tasteful monochrome. You have a gift, my friend.
Thanks … most of my conversion decisions, even now, go by intuition and hit and trial :)
Now that’s an awesome picture, Abu. Love the B&W´s tonal range.
The lighting during the storm might have helped in the B&W version.I usually can’t decide ahead of time, which ones would look better as color or B&W until I actually do the conversion and sometimes can’t decide even after and just go with the gut feeling :)
very well done!
Thanks… the lighting was spectacular that evening. All I had to do was point my camera to the opportunity :)
